Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to help achieve its mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment. The role involves designing, building, and scaling the commercial engine that powers global growth.
Requirements
- Define, build and implement sales operations and revenue operations end-to-end
- Drive sales productivity, including onboarding, enablement, process optimization, rep development, and new-hire ramp acceleration
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Fever Originals
- Oversee pipeline quality & coverage, ensuring predictable, high-conversion funnel performance
- Optimize our GTM systems (Salesforce, routing/scoring, dashboards, automations, sales engagement workflows)
- Build and scale the Sales Strategy & Operations function
