Job Description
Fever is looking for a Business Performance Associate to shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team. The role involves analyzing commercial results, identifying inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth, and providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
