Business Performance Manager

We're Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. We're looking for a Business Performance Manager to shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team, with a focus on operational excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
• Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
