General Manager

We’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment and empowering event creators to scale, innovate, and enhance their events. We're looking for a General Manager to lead our team in Spain + Portugal and help us grow our pipeline of original events in the region.

Requirements

• Project management / startup or consulting background
• MBA from top-tier school (preferred)
• Fluent English + Spanish
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience
• Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience managing complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff
• Extensive networking skills and ability to make partnerships happen
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
• Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
