Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to contribute to the company's growth and development in one of its key markets, focusing on its growth and development. The role involves working independently and managing a pipeline of projects within a business line, with the opportunity to showcase the value brought to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English required, Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Understanding of any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
