Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to contribute to the growth and development of one of its key markets. The role involves working independently, managing projects, and defining strategies to increase performance. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy, with at least 3 years of experience in business analytics and a high level of English proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English is required. Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
