Managing Editor

Fever is looking for a Managing Editor to join their team. As a Managing Editor, you will be responsible for managing a growing team of writers, video producers, and social media creatives. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining high editorial standards, maximizing exposure for each city presence in the Central US and Canada markets, and representing Secret Media Network at key press events and media gatherings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working for a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media property
• Native level of English
• Deep passion for journalism, social media, and digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the current social media landscape
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and ability to identify popular content online
