Senior CRM Specialist

We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan, leveraging marketing channels and applying best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Good copywriting skills
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
• Ability to communicate in English in a fluent way
• Ability to potentiate the team-work and keep everyone in the team motivated
