Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan. The successful candidate will manage customer data, refine multi-channel communications, and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
- Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Ability to communicate in English in a fluent way
