Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist

We're Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, and we're looking for a Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist to help achieve our mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment. As a Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist, you will manage customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan, leveraging marketing channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will refine our multi-channel comms and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will also support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Good copywriting skills
• Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
• Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Ability to communicate in English in a fluent way
• Ability to potentiate team-work and keep everyone in the team motivated
