Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. We are seeking a Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, with a focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messages. They will be responsible for developing and executing an end-to-end CRM strategy, managing customer data, and analyzing campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Good copywriting skills
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
• Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Fluent English communication skills
