Job Description
As a team member, the Production Line Leader leads a team of Machine Operators to control and monitor a fast-paced, high-volume food production line.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment critical (food / bakery experience is desirable)
- Must be a demonstrated leader and motivator
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and mathematical abilities
