Job Description
Fi is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance to lead and elevate the high-performing Strategic Finance team. The role involves shaping how Fi scales, building financial clarity, and guiding strategic decisions. The Director will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, combining hands-on financial excellence with visionary leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth technology companies
- Ability to lead across a wide range of Finance functions
- Deep expertise in building and managing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Ability to zoom in and out of business goals and financial details
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, advanced financial modeling, and comfort with BI and analytics platforms
- Experience leading small, high-impact teams and collaborating cross-functionally with executives
