Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and reliable Operations Technician to join our team in Porto. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who enjoys working across multiple areas, from laboratory testing to on-site wind turbine operations.

Support the Operations team in manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing activities, collaborate with installation teams, assist in laboratory testing, identify defects, and contribute to troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements

• Technical education (electrical, electronics, mechanics) or relevant professional experience
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, field operations, or similar environments
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proactive mindset with focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Availability for field work (including wind turbines and international assignments)
• Valid EU work permit
