Project Manager

The Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects for Mutual Bancorp, requiring strong understanding of banking operations and project management processes, and ability to drive accountability and resolve issues using solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
• Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyze problems and to guide and develop solutions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop methodologies to provide appropriate analysis and reporting throughout the organization
• Proven track record with strategy planning, development, and execution
• Exceptional cross-team collaboration and influencing skills; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
• Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers
