Job Description
The Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects for Mutual Bancorp. The incumbent will be able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, including developing, maintaining relative project documentation, and escalating issues for resolution.
Requirements
- Direct Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, logs, and other documentation
- Anticipate, identify, and escalate issues, driving resolutions and mitigation plans
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment on priorities
- Track and report project progress, risk, and dependencies to leadership
- Exercise diplomacy to manage delicate situations and work towards solutions
- Facilitate monthly project updates and other project management documentation
- Monitor resource allocation and make recommendations to adjust timelines, resources, and processes
- Mentor, train, and coach business-line project managers in the organization’s Project Management methods
- Maintain project and initiative pipeline
