Project Manager I

The Project Manager I will lead cross-functional teams in the deployment of small projects with limited size and scope, responsible for project planning, tracking, and execution, and will be accountable for defining project scope and objectives, performing project tracking, and adopting project management best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
• 1-5 years of project management experience, preferably from a financial services or corporate environment
• Detailed knowledge of PMBOK and PM best practices
• Self-motivated, quick and assertive
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
• Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk
