Project Manager

ServiceMac is a sub-servicing entity providing technology, products, and services for the mortgage and real estate industries. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion. The role requires strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on risk management and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of directly related experience
• PMP certification desirable
• CSM certification preferred
• ITIL certification preferred
• Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies
• Experience with project management methodologies and techniques
• Experience with applicable business processes
• Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects
• Experience with risk management
• Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects
• Experience with managing project plans and budgets
• Experience with facilitating meetings
• Good verbal and written communication skills
