You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. You will be responsible for leading Fidelity Canada’s organic social media measurement and analytics program, creating, monitoring, and analyzing data sets to discover new insights and track progress towards KPIs and annual business goals.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing organic social performance across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Power BI, or native analytics suites.
- Experience developing measurable KPIs for social programs and tying them back to broader business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with editorial, content, data analytics, marketing, and finance teams to inform strategy through data.
- Experience working in the Investment industry is a nice to have.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
