Requirements

Ensure all common areas, such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, clubhouse, laundry rooms, etc. are cleaned to ensure resident satisfaction.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents within move in time frames.
Pre-treat and clean carpets, in apartments and common areas, as requested.
Perform groundskeeping duties if needed, such as picking up litter, weeding, planting flowers, cleaning/stocking dog stations.
