Job Description
Maintenance Technician at The Arbor Lakes Apartment, responsible for addressing residential service requests, preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, and performing preventative maintenance tasks. Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance
- Must be willing to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications
