Maintenance Technician at Seasons at Franklin Apartments, troubleshooting residential service requests, preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, and performing on-call emergency services.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting skills
• Customer service

• Prior experience in residential maintenance or a related field
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with good driving record, and auto insurance
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 lbs
