Job Description
Maintenance Technician at The 50Twenty Apartments. Perform on-call emergency services, address residential service requests, and assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with good driving record, and auto insurance
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Willingness to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications as needed
