Resource Management Coordinator

The Resources Management Coordinator is responsible for planning and allocating resources to client engagement or internal projects, maximizing utilization while protecting service quality. The role works closely with project managers, technical leaders, sales, and designers to ensure the right skills are aligned to the right projects at the right time.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education
• Minimum five years of experience in resource management or a related role, ideally in a high-technology services organization
• Demonstrated skills in resource planning and allocation
• Experience using resource management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Salesforce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail
• Experience in working with remote or geographically dispersed teams is an asset
