We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our team in the Corporate department in Frankfurt.
You advise the team in international and domestic M&A transactions, especially in real estate transactions; and you advise our clients on corporate reorganizations, restructuring, and financings.
In addition to transactions, you advise our clients on other corporate law issues and work closely with colleagues from other teams.
Experience in the field of corporate law / corporate finance / real estate law
Outstanding results in your state exams
Very good – ideally used abroad – English language skills

Independent leadership of mandates in the national and international environment
