As an Implementation Analyst, you will be an integral member of our go-to-market team, working directly alongside Implementation Consultants and the broader Go-To-Market organization to drive successful customer adoption of our platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with 2+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and systems
- Team player and mission-first
- Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Genuine interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services
