Senior Growth Strategy Manager

FieldPulse is a high-growth field service management software built specifically for the trades. We're seeking a Senior Growth Strategy Manager to build, scale, and optimize our premium products, helping trade businesses win more work and deliver a better experience for their customers.

Requirements

• At least 4-6 years of experience in business operations roles
• Subject matter expertise in strategy, product, consulting, finance, partnerships, and cross-functional project management
• Experience in vertical SaaS and exposure to field services and the trades industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure and analyze operations, performance, data, and synthesize into actionable insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
• Direct experience negotiating partner or vendor contracts and interfacing with legal teams
• Highly organized individual, ability to drive projects to completion and deliver on time
• Highly motivated, self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and solving problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
