Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Senior Analyst, Development to support the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of real estate development investments across multiple asset classes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years or more of relevant experience
- Real Estate development underwriting and due diligence experience
- Demonstrated transaction structuring knowledge, including development partnership structures, preferred equity and promote waterfalls
