An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join Fife Councilâs Estates Team within Property Services. This is a key professional role within a supportive and experienced team, managing and advising on one of Scotlandâs most diverse and interesting local authority property portfolios. The role involves property management, acquisitions, sales and leasing, valuation, and professional surveying activities.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification: Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS)
- Professional Experience: Proven background in one or more of the following â commercial property valuation, leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
