Graduate Planner

Fife Council is seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join their high performing Planning Service as Graduate Planners. The role involves gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of planning activities, including processing planning applications and contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the development plan.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in town and country planning or a related field
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
• Ability to work towards completing the RTPI logbook and developing the professional competencies required for Chartered Membership
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of planning policies and procedures
