Revenues Lead Officer

We are seeking a Revenues Lead Officer to work in our Community Support and Scottish Welfare Fund team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering anti-poverty strategies and statutory awards, managing a team, and answering contact centre style telephony. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance or business management and experience in leading a team through transformational change.

Requirements

• HND/ Degree in a finance or business management and/or relevant recognised professional qualification or equivalent experience
• Basic disclosure
• PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• Experience of leading a team through a period of transformational change
• Track record of participation in effective partnership working
• Effective project management skills
• Knowledge and awareness of national initiatives, regulation and legislation
• Track record of customer engagement and customer care
• Ability to travel within Fife to attend meetings
