Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager I to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators in residential mortgage sales and cross-selling. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-4 years residential mortgage sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines
- Previous management experience
- Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
