Lead Product Owner

Lead Product Owner responsible for collaborating with Product Manager(s), Technology, Lines of Business, Risk and other key partners to define and maximize specific bank product(s).

Requirements

• Collaborate with Product Manager(s), Technology, Lines of Business, Risk and other key partners
• Define and prioritize the team's backlog
• Manage and prioritize the team's backlog
• Partner with other business functions, IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other key partners to define and execute on the product strategies
• Establish annual goals, objectives and outcomes for product(s) and customer satisfaction
• Provide transparency and ongoing communications with line of business partners/key stakeholders
• Make decisions in complex situations to drive key outcomes in support of regulatory and compliance needs, new revenue growth, process optimization, and other business-wide analytics needs
• Solve problems and make decisions in support of the team, with a focus on driving the greatest outcome for the product and the Bank
• Engage with research team to define and implement customer usability testing, concept validation, and co-creation studies
• Partner closely with third parties to cultivate the relationship, understand product releases, remediate defects/outages, and ensure a seamless experience for our employees and customers
• Actively monitor industry trends; participate in industry forums, professional associations, conferences, etc.
