Job Description
Lead Product Manager responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a new team tasked with taking Bankrate's market-leading mortgage offering to the largest referral source for lenders, realtors.
Requirements
- Experience in the mortgage industry, specifically understanding the realtor-lender relationship and the mortgage lifecycle.
- Proven experience taking a product into a net-new market segment or launching a zero-to-one initiative within a larger organization.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrations to ensure a seamless data flow between realtors, lenders, and borrowers.
- Experience owning complex, interconnected platforms rather than isolated features.
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes, particularly in revenue-impacting systems.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining forward momentum.
