Job Description
Make banking a Fifth Third better by originating residential mortgage loans and managing a team of mortgage loan originators. Responsible for sales, cross-selling, and leadership of a mortgage team. Must have strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-4 years residential mortgage sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines
- Previous management experience preferred
- Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
