Job Description
Figma is seeking a Commercial Solutions Consultant to support sales teams and drive growth within the US region. This full-time, US-based role involves building relationships with established teams, addressing customer IT and security concerns, and enhancing account security through new features. The consultant will contribute to product roadmap refinement and customer delight.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience including familiarity with positioning software and technology implementation post-sales.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with presentations.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and balance business needs with customer needs.
