Figma is growing its team and seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to lead a team of media experts and optimize presence across digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience leading paid/performance marketing and managing a team of direct reports.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
- 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
- Experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period
- Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display
- In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company
