Newfold Digital is seeking a Director/Sr. Director, Growth Marketing (SEM and Paid) to lead paid performance marketing strategy and programs to drive high-quality acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital marketing, with roles overseeing paid media and growth strategies
• Technical expertise in AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs)
• Leadership and team management skills, with ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
