Job Description
Figma is looking for a Distribution Partner Manager to join their team and drive revenue growth and customer adoption through strategic partnerships with agencies, systems integrators, and commercial partners. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and GTM roles, and will be responsible for building new revenue-focused partner programs, managing partner relationships, and educating and enabling the partner ecosystem on Figma's products and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
- 3+ years of experience handling external GTM partners
- Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution
- Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or higher
