Requirements

• UK qualified Solicitor
• At least 2+ years relevant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
• Collaborative approach, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others
• Strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a willingness to tackle projects both large and small
• Understanding of AI, privacy and other relevant regulatory issues in commercial tech transactions
