Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our business on a broad range of corporate, commercial and governance matters globally. The role will be based in the UK and report to the Senior Legal Counsel in Australia.

Requirements

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and customers
• Providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice to various departments and stakeholders
• Advising on and managing commercial and contractual disputes
• Advising on and managing SiteMinder's real property interests
• Monitoring regulatory developments and providing clear, actionable advice
