Sales AI Engineer

Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. As the founding Sales AI Engineer, you'll design and ship AI-enabled workflows that connect systems like Salesforce, Slack, and our data stack.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production-grade automations or internal tools across GTM systems (Salesforce + adjacent tooling)
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong coding ability plus comfort working with SQL and operational data
