Job Description
FIGS is looking for a Part-Time Community Hub Associate to represent the FIGS brand and provide customer service while supporting back-of-house operations in creating a seamless shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike
- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred)
