Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Community Manager to help scale and evolve our community strategy at FIGS. This person will lead key pillars of our ambassador ecosystem, develop high-impact programs and experiences, and serve as a trusted partner across various teams at FIGS.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in community, influencer, partnerships, brand marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience managing ambassador or creator programs with a strong emphasis on relationships
- Experience leading complex programs, events, or campaigns end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
