Job Description
Files.com is a rapidly scaling SaaS company powered by secure file transfer and automation. They are seeking a VP of Information Technology to own the entire internal technology ecosystem, focusing on strategy, systems, and employee experience. This is a hands-on executive role that requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a commitment to building scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Requirements
- Deep comfort in an Apple-native environment
- Proven hands-on experience with MDM platforms
- Fluency in IT security and compliance practices
- Experience building zero-downtime onboarding/offboarding systems
- Ability to âspeak engineerâ and collaborate with Engineering leaders
- Security Philosophy: no security theater, broken experiences, or sloppy execution
- Ability to lead at the executive level while remaining hands-on
