Maintenance Manager

Filterbuy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and lead a team of maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Train and manage performance to build a safety-first, reliability-focused team culture
• Ensure maintenance team adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment
• Maintain machinery to ensure it meets working standards
• Create and implement maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance strategies
• Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and compliant with OSHA and applicable environmental regulations
• Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Track and report key maintenance KPIs
