Maintenance Technician

Filterbuy is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support both our automated equipment and general building maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade certification preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Working knowledge of automated equipment, PLC systems, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient with hand and power tools, safety protocols, and reading schematics or technical manuals
• Comfortable with using or learning CMMS platforms and digital reporting tools
• Excellent time-management skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Must have excellent attendance by scheduling days off in advance and arriving at work on time
• Work independently with little guidance
• Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
