Job Description
Join Verifino as a Junior Customer Success Manager and support municipal customers in using our debt management software. Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop our software solutions and support the Sales and Support Team in their daily business.
Requirements
- Well-developed communication skills and enthusiasm for customer contact
- Very good German language skills, in both writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
- Completed studies in the field of Business Administration with a focus on Banking, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable completed training
- Enjoy technical and mathematical task assignments
- Quick understanding, attention to detail, and enthusiasm
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
