Requirements

• High school diploma required
• BA - Bachelor of Arts preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage banking or loan processing preferred
• Ability to communicate with internal and external parties
• Knowledge and application of underwriting policies and procedures
• Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures
• Knowledge of mortgage banking
• Self-motivated
