Manager, Process Optimization

Financeit is a point-of-sale financing provider serving large home improvement and retail organizations in Canada. We are looking for a Manager, Process Optimization to oversee our critical workflows and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, risk management, or continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process management, risk management, or continuous improvement
• 1+ years in a people management role
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Agile, or Business Process Management (BPM) certifications
• Experience managing process-level risk assessments
• Comfortable using Looker, Tableau, or SQL to pull data and build dashboards
